Friends of Lightweight Vehicles is an inofficiel name of the non-government organisation "Kevytkulkuneuvojen Ystävät ry" [in Finnish] or "Lättviktsfordonens Vänner rf" [in Swedish]. Organisation is also called HPV Finland and is member of International Human Powered Vehicles Association (IHPVA).

The place of residence for the organisation is Helsinki, but there are members of organisation throughout Finland. HPV Finland organizes meetings, excursions, member trips, competitions, issues bulletins for members and public, establishes public relations and lobbying with the official and electrocal delegates of the public and local administration, with traffic organisations, and with other national and international organisations and research institutes.

To carry the cost of activities HPV Finland arranges raffles, jumble sales, amusements, carries on publishing activities in the field of its operation, and fair sale. HPV Finland can also in brief rent out human powered vehicles. HPV Finland can as well offer sponsoring opportunities in arranged happenings and in human powered vehicles with member given consent. HPV Finland accepts financial aid, donations and legacies. Partially the cost of activities are carried by membership fees from the ordinary and supporting members.
